DELIVERY
Which delivery service is used?
All items are sent via Royal Mail using their tracked 48 services.
How much does delivery cost?
Postage and packaging costs are £4.95
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Once your order has been placed, it will be dispatched within 48 – 72 hours of your purchase. There may be a slight delay over the weekend & bank holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 2-4 working days
How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the Royal Mail tracking number in your confirmation email
RETURNS
Unwanted items can be returned within 28 days as long as they are in an unused original condition with all tags included.
How do I return my item?
Please fill out the returns/exchange form which was sent with your item. Attach the address label to the outside of your package and send it back to us with your order enclosed.

How long does it take to be refunded?
Returns will be processed within 14 days.
Are returns free?
We do not yet offer a free return service so you will need to cover return postage costs.

CANCEL ORDER
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed you can do the following:
To cancel your order, please contact us and include the following information to help us find your order:
1. Your order number
2. Your shipping address
3. Your contact number
We will then issue you with a full refund.

SIZING
What size should I buy?
Please see individual item tabs for sizing information for each item of clothing.
Looking after the clothing
Always wash clothing inside out at 30 degrees to ensure it stays in perfect condition
Do not use bleach on any items of our clothing
Do not tumble dry to avoid shrinkage. Please let items dry as naturally as possible
Do not dry clean
If you are ironing the clothing please use the iron on the coolest setting. Do not attempt to iron the branded logo, tool pockets, knee pad pockets or knee pads.
FAULTY ITEMS
If for any reason you have received a faulty item, please contact us with a description of the fault. Faulty items can be reported and returned for a full refund within 30 days as per The Consumer Rights Act 2015 as long as they are un-used and in the original condition.
If a fault occurs within 30 days after wearing the item, and it’s not because of fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue by repairing or replacing the faulty goods.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
When will the item I want be back in stock?
For items that are likely to be restocked soon, there is a “Email me when back in stock” button on the product page which allows an email update when product is restocked. All restocks are advertised via our social media platforms also.
